Dr. Vasav Tyagi is a distinguished Consultant in the department of Interventional radiology at Tender Palm Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow. He completed his MBBS from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, followed by MD in Radio-diagnosis from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow as well. He pursued a career in Interventional radiology by doing a fellowship in Interventional radiology at Institute of Liver and Biliary sciences, New Delhi. Dr. Tyagi has a strong academic background with numerous awards with active contribution to research. Dr. Tyagi has a skilled hand in performing hepatobiliary interventions like TIPS/DIPS, PARTO, TACE, liver and renal tumor ablations, embolisations, peripheral vascular interventions, Dialysis fistula management and many non-vascular interventions.

• Awarded 3^rd prize at paper presentation on – “Portal vein recanalization with antegrade variceal embolization as a management strategy in Non-cirrhotic portal hypertension” at national conference of Indian Society of Pediatric Radiology (ISPR) – September 2024
