Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical dictations, clinical notes, reports, and other healthcare documentation.
• Accurately interpret medical terminology, abbreviations, and clinical language.
• Proofread and edit transcribed documents for grammar, formatting, and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned transcription work.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for clarification when required.
• Follow hospital documentation and data-protection policies.
• Maintain organized records of completed transcription work.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Prior medical transcription experience preferred.
